can i return my order?
WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. SEND AN EMAIL TO HELLO@JEUMONTSKINCARE.COM  WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN, AND A MEMBER OF OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM WILL ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR RETURN.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THIS TIME, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE POSTAGE FOR RETURNS. ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
AM I ELIGIBILE FOR A REFUND?
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT, UNWORN OR UNUSED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU’LL ALSO NEED THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE’VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN, AND LET YOU KNOW IF THE REFUND WAS APPROVED OR NOT. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
*PLEASE NOTE IT CAN TAKE A LITTLE WHILE FOR YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS AND POST THE REFUNDED AMOUNT AND THAT ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
